MANDATORY EXPECTATION
Every registered participant must present their idea to the mentors. All participants are expected to pitch and present during the scheduled review.
What Mentorship Looks Like
Mentors will walk you through the hackathon ecosystem, review your problem statements, discuss technical architectures, and provide constructive guidance.
Hackathon Insights
Demystify judging criteria, problem scoping, and what separates winning projects from the rest.
1-on-1 Guidance
Pitch your ideas directly to mentors, ask tough questions, and brainstorm feasibility.

Present your solution approach in a structured format and experience real feedback rounds.

Registration & Welcome
Event OpeningParticipants arrive at Block 4, complete check-in, and receive an orientation to the day's agenda.

Hackathon Introduction by Mentors
FN SessionExperienced mentors walk participants through the hackathon ecosystem — what judges look for, how to structure a pitch, and what differentiates great hackathon ideas.
- What is a hackathon and how does it work?
- Judging criteria and evaluation parameters.
- Common pitfalls and how to avoid them.
- Interactive Q&A with the mentor panel.
Mentor Interaction & Guidance
FN SessionOpen interaction window where participants can ask mentors about their ideas, tech stacks, and approaches before the formal presentation round.
- Clarify your problem statement with mentor input.
- Get early feedback on technical feasibility.
- Identify gaps in your idea before presenting.
Participant Idea Presentations
AN Session — MandatoryEvery registered participant or team presents their hackathon idea to the mentor panel. This session is mandatory for all attendees.
- All registered teams/individuals must present.
- Structured 3–5 minute idea pitch per participant.
- Mentors ask follow-up questions after each pitch.
- Focus: problem, solution, tech approach, expected impact.
Mentor Feedback & Recommendations
AN SessionMentors provide structured feedback and an actionable improvement plan to each team after all presentations are completed.
- Personalized feedback for each participating team.
- Suggested improvements to problem statement and solution.
- Guidance on next steps for the actual hackathon.
