  1. Registration & Welcome

    Event Opening

    Participants arrive at Block 4, complete check-in, and receive an orientation to the day's agenda.

    • Sign-in and badge collection at the venue entrance.
    • Brief welcome address by the organizing team.
    • Overview of the day's structure and ground rules.
  2. Hackathon Introduction by Mentors

    FN Session

    Experienced mentors walk participants through the hackathon ecosystem — what judges look for, how to structure a pitch, and what differentiates great hackathon ideas.

    • What is a hackathon and how does it work?
    • Judging criteria and evaluation parameters.
    • Common pitfalls and how to avoid them.
    • Interactive Q&A with the mentor panel.
  3. Mentor Interaction & Guidance

    FN Session

    Open interaction window where participants can ask mentors about their ideas, tech stacks, and approaches before the formal presentation round.

    • Clarify your problem statement with mentor input.
    • Get early feedback on technical feasibility.
    • Identify gaps in your idea before presenting.
  4. Participant Idea Presentations

    AN Session — Mandatory

    Every registered participant or team presents their hackathon idea to the mentor panel. This session is mandatory for all attendees.

    • All registered teams/individuals must present.
    • Structured 3–5 minute idea pitch per participant.
    • Mentors ask follow-up questions after each pitch.
    • Focus: problem, solution, tech approach, expected impact.
  5. Mentor Feedback & Recommendations

    AN Session

    Mentors provide structured feedback and an actionable improvement plan to each team after all presentations are completed.

    • Personalized feedback for each participating team.
    • Suggested improvements to problem statement and solution.
    • Guidance on next steps for the actual hackathon.
